How long will it take to get my product?

Processing + Shipping will generally take between 5-17 business days to be delivered to your home.

 

What about possible customs fees?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive to your country. 

 

I have only received part of my order, where is the rest?

Some of our products ship from different locations. Because of this, some of your items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please send an email to josh@postvre.com with your name and order number. 

 

What if my product is damaged or faulty?

In the rare event the item is faulty on arrival, we will be able to send you a replacement one as long as you return the faulty/damaged item back to us. Proof of shipment may be required before sending out a replacement.

 

What is your return policy?

Where do your products come from?

All of our products have been hand curated products from a variety of overseas suppliers. We only stock products that we have personally tried and tested to ensure the quality and durability of what we offer to our amazing customers like yourself.
